Welcome to CardShows.io. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at https://cardshows.io (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
CardShows.io is a directory of trading card shows, organizers, and card shops across the United States. We aggregate publicly available event information and accept submissions from event organizers, shop owners, and the collecting community.

When you submit an event, organizer profile, shop listing, or other content to the Site, you represent that:
By submitting content, you grant CardShows.io a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote that content on the Site and in related communications (newsletters, social media, search results) for as long as the content remains relevant.
We reserve the right to edit, decline, or remove any submission at our discretion, including but not limited to submissions that are incomplete, duplicate, irrelevant, or violate these Terms.
The Site links to and displays information about events, organizers, shops, and other businesses operated by third parties. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of third-party information. Event details, dates, locations, prices, and other information may change without notice. Always verify details directly with the organizer or business before traveling or making purchases.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.
The Site displays advertising provided by third-party networks including Google AdSense. We also participate in affiliate programs, including the Amazon Associates program. As an Amazon Associate, CardShows.io earns from qualifying purchases. Some outbound links on the Site are affiliate links and may earn us a commission at no additional cost to you.
All original content on the Site — including the CardShows.io name, logo, design, and editorial copy — is the property of CardShows.io and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
